The Valley of the Mills was once an important industrial site of the milling activity with seven mills producing flour. The train of the railway line was nicknamed Tue-Vaques because it sometimes hit wandering cows in its path. La Vallée des Moulins était autrefois un site industriel important de l’activité meunière avec sept moulins produisant farine. Le train de la ligne ferroviaire était surnommé Tue-Vaques car il lui est arrivé de percuter des vaches en divagation.
